Siding Options

  • CHOOSING YOUR VINYL SIDING

Vinyl has come a long way over the years, and today it offers you more color and quality options than ever. It’s still “entry-level” siding—and it’ll fade after about 20 years—but it’s also refreshingly low-maintenance and easy on the wallet. Keep in mind that we can add insulation to any vinyl siding.

    Preferred Brand: Norandex®, Mitten®

    • Shiplap Siding

    • Dutch Lap Siding

    • Vertical Siding

    • Shake Siding

    • Staggered Shake Siding

  • CHOOSING YOUR ENGINEERED SIDING

Engineered siding gives you a realistic, natural look with lifetime finishes and performance. Of course, with this “luxury” look comes luxury pricing, generally 2.5x the cost of vinyl.

    Preferred Brand: LP/James Hardie

    LP Smartside Siding

    • This tough engineered-wood product is hail’s worst enemy. Made from a clever combination of materials, LP SmartSide keeps out water, insects, woodpeckers and mold. It also comes in several long-lasting pre-finished options and colors, and nearly unlimited profiles—making it a tremendous value in engineered siding.

    James Hardie Siding

    • Often called “Hardie Board,” this is a fiber-cement material that’s been around awhile now and is used in new and upper-end construction projects.

  • CHOOSING YOUR STEEL SIDING

Steel siding is extremely durable and low-maintenance. The lines are cleaner than vinyl. The pre-finished colors last a lifetime. And it gives you an unmatched option for uniformity and toughness.

    Preferred Brand: Edco

SIDING DESING OPTIONS

All Around offers 3 levels of design options, from simple color changes to complex structural changes. Below are the different levels of build/design we offer:

  • SIMPLE AESTHETIC CHANGES:

    • Color changes: This involves choosing a new color for your existing siding material, which can significantly impact curb appeal and the overall look of your home. Consider factors like your home's exterior colors, the surrounding landscape, and the desired aesthetic.

    • Material texture: Selecting a siding material with a different texture can add visual interest.

  • HOVER RENDERINGS:

    • Hover renderings will be offered in a situation where we need to physically change something on the exterior of your home, or add products that do not exist. Examples include adding a 3-season porch, adding a deck, adding or removing windows, etc..

    • You will be able to visualize the design changes before deciding to move forward with your project.

  • MORE COMPLEX DESIGN OPTIONS REQUIRING ARCHITECTURAL PLANS:

    • Architectural drawings provide a detailed plan of the proposed changes, including structural details, dimensions, material specifications, and load requirements. These drawings are essential for engineers and builders to accurately execute the project and ensure compliance with safety codes.
