Siding project - Stephanie Way, Independence Minnesota 55359

This project consisted of stucco removal and moisture remediation to the interior wall sheathing and insulation. Unfortunately, when this house was built the windows were installed incorrectly which in turn caused moisture to get behind the stucco and caused damage to the wall sheathing and some of the insulation. We dealt directly with the homeowners from start to finish, by ensuring our bid covered everything that needed to be addressed from the moisture inspection report down to our final walk through of the project once it was completed. We also helped assist with the design features of the project as well as product selection.

Once the stucco was removed we re-set, flashed, and insulated all of the windows. We also replaced all of the damaged insulation and wall sheathing. Once the house was all sealed up and corrected to meet code we installed new LP Smart Side Lap Siding with custom trim board designs on the front gable ends as well as staggered shakes to give the house some amazing curb appeal. This was a very challenging project but with the right planning and our quality tradesman we were able to finish with no major complications and on budget! The house looks amazing and the homeowners are fully satisfied with the new look of their house as they should be it’s the best looking house on the block!
