Are you a year-round company or seasonal?
We are happy to be a 365 day operation.
How long have you been in business?
All Around was founded in 2008.
What counties do you service?
All Around services the entire 13 country major metropolitan area of the Twin Cities (and a small part of western Wisconsin).
Do you offer design options?
Yes. Your All Around Project Consultant will help you with product selection, color selection, and 3D renderings. In some instances, we will refer you to our network of residential architects.
Do you go over the existing roofing?
No. While some contractors seek to save the time and trouble of the tear-off, it is All Around’s policy that your new materials be fastened directly to your home’s sheathing for performance and longevity.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Sometimes stretching the budget is the only way to complete your project and meet your goals. Your All Around Project Consultant can help you apply for attractive financing with flexible terms.
Do you handle the permit process?
Yes, for any and all projects that requires a permit through your local municipality. All Around will acquire the permit, post photos, and handle all meetings with your local inspector.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. See the All Around Promise on our website here. We also register manufacturer/product warranties for our customers, which is rarely done by other contractors.
If I have any questions at any stage, who do I contact?
Your All Around Project Consultant is your main point of contact.
Are your installers employees or sub-contractors?
Our workforce is a team of highly vetted sub-contractors and All Around employed Project Managers and Quality Control Specialists.
What certifications do you have?
See the Services page of our website. If there’s an award or certification in our industry, chances are it’s hanging on our wall.
If a storm-chaser/door-knocker says I have damage and should file a claim, what should I do?
The fact that you’re reading this means that you’re doing some research and for that, we say congratulations. Filing an insurance claim isn’t always in your best interests. There is more to take into consideration. Step one, do your homework and vet your contractor. Step two, talk to your insurance agent and explain your situation. Step three, take that information and make an informed decision.
What roofing products do you install?
See the Roofing section of our website for a comprehensive overview of the roofing materials we install.
What siding products do you install?
See the Siding section of our website for a comprehensive overview of the siding materials we install.
My windows have condensation on them, do I need new windows?
Not necessarily. Windows do not cause condensation. The humidity in your home causes condensation. This could be solved with air handling and humidity control. See this article from Structure Tech for more information.
Will you install material I purchased?
No. To ensure the smoothest process available from start to finish, we will only install material that we have ordered and supplied for the project. This also ensures the maximum warranty coverage available on both the product and the installation.
What happens if something goes wrong on my project?
We will make it right.
What happens if rot is found after roofing/siding has been removed?
Our duty as the General Contractor is to ensure all defects that affect the final performance and longevity of the materials are repaired. Repairing undiscovered rot can sometimes be costly, but it is the only way to guarantee the project will meet code and manufacturer requirements for installation.
Can I suggest a topic for your weekly radio show?
